Owner access works by owner email and/or Supabase User ID in supabase-config.js. For Discord, User ID-based owner access is the cleanest option.

Owner Only

Create Alliance

Only the app owner email listed in supabase-config.js and the database policy can create alliances.

Select Active Alliance

Use this dropdown to switch which alliance you are viewing, editing, or saving player profiles under.

Player Hub

Player Hub Features

Player Hub

Your main landing page. It shows your active HQ, setup status, announcements, upcoming events, quick reports, and your access level.

HQ / Game Profiles

Use this when you have more than one account or HQ. Each HQ profile keeps its own troops, RSS, speedups, buildings, research, and might planner data.

Cloud Login

Sign in so your data can save to the cloud. If you are not logged in, the app can only save locally in that browser.

Reports

Creates a Discord-ready progress report. Use it when leadership asks for a quick update on your troop goals, RSS, or event readiness.

Calculators

Calculator Features

Dashboard

The main calculator summary. It shows selected troop details, RSS inventory, box recommendations, and troop needs by type.

Troop Goals

Enter your current troop count and your target troop count. The app calculates the difference and estimates the RSS/time needed based on the shared cost setup.

RSS Boxes

Enter how many resource boxes you have. The app uses those boxes when estimating whether you have enough Food, Wood, Steel, and Gas.

Speedups

Enter your training, build, research, and omni speedups. This helps estimate how much time you can cover.

Optimizers

Shows suggested speedup use, RSS box priority, readiness status, and a help request draft you can copy for your alliance.

Cost Setup

Normal players may see this section, but cost values are usually controlled by owner/admin. If numbers look wrong, report it to leadership instead of changing random values.

Planning

Planning Features

Building Planner

Enter your current building levels, materials, and target building upgrade. The app estimates missing prerequisites, RSS/materials, time, and might gain.

Research Planner

Plan a research upgrade by entering current level, target level, materials, and research speedups. This helps you prepare before events.

Might Planner

Track projected overall might and true might from troops, buildings, research, gear, chips, modules, cubes, heroes, nova, and manual additions.

Events + Announcements

Event and Announcement Features

Announcements

Read important state or alliance announcements posted by leadership. Some announcements may be pinned, urgent, or require acknowledgement.

Event Reminders

Normal players can view upcoming events. Leadership controls event creation, Discord webhooks, reminder timing, and mention settings.

Might Prep

Use this to estimate projected might gain from troop goals, building time, and research time. It helps you decide whether you are ready before reset.

Alliance Dashboard

Shows alliance-related information you are allowed to see. Leaders may have more tools than normal members.

Saving + Backups

How Saving Works

  • Save Local + Cloud saves your active HQ data in your browser and to Supabase cloud if you are logged in.
  • Export Data downloads a backup JSON file. Keep a backup before major changes.
  • Import Data restores a saved backup file.
  • Reset should be used carefully. Some reset tools only reset the active HQ profile, not every account.
  • If your data looks old after login, select the correct HQ profile and hard refresh the app.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can’t I see the Admin section?

The Admin section is only for the app owner and approved admins. Normal players only see the tools they are allowed to use.

Why do I need to log in?

Logging in lets the app save your profile to the cloud. Without login, your data may only stay in the current browser.

Can I have more than one HQ or account?

Yes. Use HQ / Game Profiles to create or switch between accounts. Always check the active HQ before editing values.

Why are my troop calculations blank or wrong?

Check that you entered current troops, target troops, RSS inventory, and speedups. If the cost setup itself looks wrong, report it to leadership because those values may be shared setup.

What does K, M, and B mean?

K means thousand, M means million, and B means billion. Example: 82.5K means 82,500.

What time zone are events shown in?

Events are based on Game Time / UTC. The app can also show your local browser time so you can compare both.

Can leaders see all of my private profile data?

Your player profile is treated as your own cloud data. Leadership may see alliance-level summaries or information you choose to report, but your personal entries are not meant to be publicly editable by normal members.

Why did my data not appear after signing in?

Make sure you selected the correct HQ / Game Profile. If it still looks wrong, hard refresh the app and load the profile again.

What is the difference between Overall Might and True Might?

Overall Might is the total number shown by the game. True Might is used for planning actual strength by separating troop, building, research, gear, and other growth sources.

What should I do before a big event?

Update troop goals, RSS inventory, speedups, building planner, research planner, and event prep. Then copy your Discord report if leadership asks for readiness updates.

Why do announcements not show for me?

Announcements may be state-wide or alliance-specific. Make sure you are logged in, joined to the correct alliance, and using the correct HQ profile.

Should I use Reset?

Only use reset when you are sure. Reset tools are helpful when you want to clear old data, but you should export a backup first.
